El Agile Coaching es un modelo de gestión que ayuda a las organizaciones a traspasar fronteras y a crear una cultura de mejora continua en todos sus ámbitos formando equipos ágiles de trabajo. Al incorporar ideas de metodologías ágiles y su iteración, las personas actúan con rapidez y prontitud, son capaces de crear, se sienten orgullosos de los resultados obtenidos. A la par, las organizaciones cosechan los beneficios de equipos de trabajo que tienen libertad en el proceso de desarrollo, entregas parciales y ejecución, que a la vez son responsables con la entrega del producto final.

La implantación de Agile Coaching propicia gran innovación en el ciclo de vida de las empresas y fomenta una cultura de excelencia, brindando una ventaja competitiva.

La implementación de metodologías ágiles es un gran sistema de trabajo por el que apuestan cada vez más grandes empresas como Amazon, Google o Microsoft, que les ha permitido desarrollo de proyectos de forma ágil y con un resultado final exitoso. Siendo la clave del éxito la correcta gestión de proyectos al organizar y dividir en pequeñas partes el trabajo de una mejor manera entre diferentes equipos multidisciplinares.

Incorporar la metodología agile no es de uso exclusivo para el desarrollo de software o empresas de tecnología, es una filosofía aplicable a todos los ámbitos que de igual forma te permite lograr la satisfacción del cliente. Tan diversa que se puede aplicar tanto en un equipo de desarrollo como para la creación de anuncios efectivos en redes sociales, generando una ventaja competitiva en las empresas.

En primer lugar, en este curso conocerás los antecedentes de la llamada cultura ágil, diferentes modelos y marcos teóricos, así como formas de aplicar los conceptos de mejora continua y los beneficios derivados para el usuario final. Identificarás cuál es la importancia de un Agile Coach dentro de la organización y aprenderás diferentes técnicas y herramientas que éste utiliza para el desarrollo de las personas dentro de una cultura organizacional ágil.
