Курс рассчитан на учащихся экономических специальностей, но также будет полезен всем заинтересованным в частном инвестировании. Основные типы структурированных продуктов и принципы их работы. Уметь: 1. Выставлять брокерские заявки; 2. Определять основные факторы, влияющие на структуру инвестиционного портфеля; определять основные шаги сотрудничества с доверительным управляющим или инвестиционным консультантом; 3. Выявлять риски, связанные с инвестированием в фонды альтернативных инвестиций; 4. Верно трактовать составляющие структурированных продуктов и их риски. Владеть: 1. Понятийным-категориальным аппаратом в области частных инвестиций; 2. Начальными навыками анализа структурированных продуктов и их составляющих; 3. Основами качественной и количественной оценки рисков вложений в альтернативные инструменты; 4. Методами финансовой дисциплины и самоконтроля. Основной целью курса является обучение теоретическим основам и практическим навыкам, необходимым квалифицированному частному инвестору для выбора инструментов и посредников на фондовом рынке. Задачи курса: - изучение особенностей и тенденций развития мирового рынка частных инвестиций на современном этапе; - определение основных инструментов, доступных инвесторам выбранного сегмента, и рисков, с ними связанных; - приобретение учащимися навыков общения с инвестиционными посредниками; - знакомство с деятельностью закрытых инвестиционных фондов; - разбор структурированных продуктов и их составляющих, рисков; - развитие у обучающихся общих навыков аналитической и практической работы.
