Willkommen in der Welt der Projekte

Das A und O der Projektplanung
In der zweiten Woche gehen wir mehr ins Detail. Dabei steht die Ausarbeitung eines Projektplans im Mittelpunkt. Wir erfahren, warum wir planen und was ein Plan enthalten sollte. Wir sprechen über die Dimensionierung eines Projekts und erfahren, mit welchen Tools wir herausfinden können, was in unserem Projekt enthalten sein sollte. Wir erfahren, wie man die Abfolge von Projektaufgaben festlegt und welche Abhängigkeiten es zwischen Projektvorgängen gibt. Wir lernen, wie man die Dauer und den kritischen Pfad für ein Projekt bestimmt und warum dies sinnvoll ist. Darüber hinaus wird erläutert, wie man den Terminplan für ein Projekt erstellt. Schließlich geht es darum, wie man Änderungen an einem Plan vornimmt, um die übergeordneten Projektziele zu unterstützen.
Die Welt ist voller Risiken und dann geschieht das Unvorhergesehene
In der dritten Woche geht es um die Risiken und Unsicherheiten bei Projekten. Wir erfahren, welche Risiken bei Projekten bestehen. Wir identifizieren und bewerten Projektrisiken und priorisieren diese Risiken, damit wir uns vorrangig den Risiken widmen können, die die größte Wirkung auf unser Projekt haben. Wir sprechen ausführlich über zeitliche Risiken und überlegen, wie hoch die Wahrscheinlichkeit eines fristgerechten Abschlusses ist. Welche Faktoren können zu Verzögerungen im Projekt führen? Wie erfahren, wie unvorhergesehene Ereignisse in das Projektbudget eingeplant werden können. Schließlich geht es um Situationen mit einem hohen Maß an Mehrdeutigkeit. Dabei sind Methoden zu finden, die in solchen Situationen nützlich sind.
Auf die Plätze, fertig, los: Projektdurchführung
In der letzten Woche setzen wir den Plan um und befassen uns mit der Durchführungsphase eines Projekts. Wir lernen den Earned-Value-Ansatz zur Überwachung und Kontrolle des Fortschritts kennen. Wir betrachten die Personen, die das Projekt umsetzen, und wie sich ihre Gewohnheiten auf den Projektfortschritt auswirken. Wir besprechen einige alternative Methoden für die Projektdurchführung wie Agile, Scrum und Kanban. Schließlich fassen wir den Kurs zusammen und betrachten noch einmal unseren Weg von der Projektdefinition über die Durchführung bis zum Abschluss.
