Lots of really valuable theory presented in an easy to follow manner: I've learned quiteb a bit already on just my first time watching.

It really explains the basics of lighting and color theory well, and module 2 for those just getting started in a digital art program it's well constructed and easy to follow.

Alot of things too do and learn from this would totaly recommend I like Scott Harris' teaching style because he get straight to the point and doesn't ramble on about things that don't apply.

Scott Harris focuses on using minimal tools (a handful of custom brushes he provides for several different programs) to create polished work.

Scott Harris is an excellent teacher and I cannot recommend this course enough.

It was a good match because I love drawing Really Good Course, Really great for all levels of Artists as well, Instructor Scott Harris does understands the science of how many things come to work in painting, not just the techniques or skill, it was worth the time and money.

I leave this rating, because I found this course really helpful so far now.

Have already taken 2 entire courses of Scott, his advice on these videos summarizes All the research I made to buy a digital tablet, so I know he knows well of what he's talking about, The Character design drawing took me to a whole new level I couldnt achieve before, and explained the name of things I used to know by experience only.

O curso é bem abrangente e com bastante conteúdo prático, porém a Udemy poderia disponibilizar legenda em português This is the third CAS course I've taken following the Manga and Character Design courses.

This was a brilliant course just what I needed to now create successful character designs.

Note: I've just started watching the Character Art School: Complete Character Drawing so I would encourage anyone interested in this course, to start with the character drawing course first before moving onto this one.

Like many, I thought art was just talent, but after doing a few exercises from this instructors character drawing series, I understand now that it's about technique, skill, and practice.

Now I just need to reveist the character drawing course (also brilliant) to get the whole thing going on.

Just got here after the Character Drawing course from him as well, and I must say the content and knowledge here are good as it is in the Character Drawing course.

Very good content, a complete guide for beginners because it speaks about all the aspects of producing an art piece, from color theory to post-production, probably the only thing I would change is that I would add a chapter describing business in a real life, how to do a portfolio and what would an enterprise would look for in you, knowing this, you can make the adjustments to reinforce the possibilities of getting hired.

- It got me refreshed and caught up on my color theory practices and what I needed to start including in my work, which was somewhat lacking to this date.
