En este contexto, es que en el mundo empresarial, se produjo una fuerte orientación a buscar capacidades organizacionales ágiles y adaptativas que mejor se adecuaran a los entornos y mercados inciertos, que tuvo su origen en el desarrollo de proyectos complejos, con estructuras más planas, informales y autónomas; permitiendo un mejor equilibrio entre las capacidades de innovación y las de explotación.

Durante el curso realizaremos una introducción de la filosofía ágil y de la dinámica SCRUM como base de marco conceptual, conoceremos sus usos y alcances más frecuentes, vivenciaremos la aplicación de los modelos de mejores prácticas organizacionales, y desarrollaremos las oportunidades competitivas diferenciales, así como los desafíos más importantes a la hora de su implementación en la organización.

En este módulo abordaremos los siguientes contenidos: Primero tomaremos como punto de partida los objetivos de este curso para luego hacer foco en el Origen y limitaciones de las metodologías tradicionales de Project Management. Además, veremos el Modelo de evolución de la tipología de problemas (conocidos vs. complejos); así como también conoceremos acerca del desarrollo orgánico vs el modular secuencial “mecánico” y en qué consiste el Outcome vs Output. Por último y antes de desarrollar el trabajo final del curso, exploraremos la implementación de cultura organizacional ágil; sus alcances y desafíos.
