Many times we get a computer and it comes with a ton of icons on our desktop and filled with many things that we don't even know what to do with. We usually end up leaving it on the desktop and then fill up the remaining space with files and folders as we begin working on our computer.

This course is intended to help you understand what to do with the STUFF and all the files lost on the hard-drive of our computer.

We will even talk about:

  • How to organize your bookmarks,

I'll teach you a safe and secure system and you will only have to remember...

Welcome to "Get Organized" Your Computer Organization Life Saver

Hello...I'm Burt and you're about to have more fun...than you ever thought possible, learning some very important yet, basic information about your computer.

Make sure to watch the Free Videos I've made available to give you an idea of how much fun you'll have learning this valuable information.

So who is this course for?

This is for anyone who owns a computer, a laptop, a PC or MAC regardless of how inexperienced or advance you think you may be.

It sounds like this course is for EVERYONE, Burt...so then, who is this course NOT for...?

It's not for people who enjoy being frustrated, who have plenty of time to waste looking for misplaced files and folders.

It's not for people who don't care if people can hack into thier computer or favorite websites like...your online banking or email accounts.

So...what will I learn?

In this course...

we'll have a lot of fun while we focus on three (3) areas of your computer life.

We'll talk about and YOU'LL learn how to master these three (3) sections:

"Organizing Files and Folders on your Desktop and in your Computer"

"Organizing and Managing Folders for your Favorite Websites"

and

"Organizing and Managing Your Passwords"

When you see the proven Step by Step System I'll teach you...and after you download and install the "Done For You" materials...

You'll be amazed and so glad you found this course and you'll start telling EVERYONE about it.

No more wasted time looking for that file you put...somewhere on your computer and no more frustrations over looking for that website you visited or trying to remember your login credentials.

Get ready to have fun...while you learn!

I'll see you in the next video.

Organizing Files and Folders on your Desktop

In this lesson, we will begin to work together with the "Get Organized" download file.

This will become your virtual filing cabinet where you file everything away:

Doing so will help you in so many ways:

  • You'll be able to find what you're looking for and save time.
  • Your computer will begin to work faster, because your files and folders are stored in the proper place.
  • You'll have a lot less stress because you will not waste valuable time looking for STUFF.

In this lesson, now that we have a Virtual Filing Cabinet for our online or offline business, let's put it in the proper place.

By doing this, our computer will run more efficeint because we are filing everything in the proper place.

In this lesson, let's create a new library for our business.

Doing this will give us quick and easy access to our new virtual filing cabinet without having to surf through all of the folders in our main documents folder.

In this lesson we'll look at some of the files and folders that were included in your "Get Organized" download.

We'll also look at how I use these files to organize all the STUFF on or in my computer.

You'll get some great ideas and understanding on how YOU can "Get Organized" and save yourself a ton of time and frustration.

In this lesson...let's look at some of the other files and folders inside our new business library.

But, before we do...let's put into practice what we've learned and file away some of things we don't need on our desktop.

Let's clear off our Virtual Desktop so we can have room to work.

In the last video,

we talked about the Ideas Folder and how it's the most valuable folder in your new Virtual Filing system.

We also talked about a Personal Folder that was here, but personal stuff doesn't really belong in the business filing cabinet.

So we created a Virtual Filing Cabinet for our Personal Files and we'll look at and talk more about that in a later video.

In this video...

Since we're talking business, let's talk about about these next two folders...

The Video Projects folder and Work Projects Folder.

Let's talk about the Work Projects first.

In this video...

Let's talk about the VIDEO projects folder and the POWER OF VIDEO!

If you're an offline entrepreneur, you might be tempted to skip to the next section, but I wouldn't do that if I were you.

This lesson will help you understand just a little bit about the Power of Video and how you can use the Video Projects folder to help you increase business regardless of whether you're an Online or Offline Entrepreneur!

Using Video for your business can help you increase traffic greatly and let's face it...

People Love Video!

That's why YouTube is the 2nd Largest Search engine and your customers are probably watching videos.  Why not give them some of your own videos to watch and promote the valuable service and products you have to offer.

Regardless of whether you create your own videos or you have someone create them for you...the information found in this lesson will benefit you greatly.

In this video...

Let's talk about that Personal Folder that was in this virtual library...but we moved it, because it didn't have anything to do with business.

Back in lecture 6 we moved the "Personal Files" folder and created a "Personal Library" where you can store anything that doesn't pertain to business.

Let's go look at that Personal Library

The Personal Library is my favorite of all...because I can store keepsakes, pictures, emails, and things that money can't buy inside these folders.

Practiaclly anything I can put in my scanner, I can file it away for safe keeping.

If you store these things properly...you'll always have them and be able to share them with anyone, anytime and never fear of losing them...even if you were to have an unlikely event such as a natural disaster, a house fire or even a computer crash.

In a later video...I'll share with you how I protect every file on my computer and how I can access them even when I'm not at my computer.

In this video...

Let take a look at these shawdow boxes on my desktop.

I orginally didn't have this lesson in this course, but I had so many of my students ask about these strange boxes...that I had to do an update and include this lesson.

You'll be amazed at how your productivity will increase and how much better you'll feel once you "Get Organized".

Then I found out about these boxes from a friend and working on my desktop got even easier.

These boxes are called Fences.  I'll include a link below, so you can get access to this tool if you so desire.

You never know when the unexpected happens...

then it does and you've lost everything on your computer!

Backing up your computer is now easier than ever.

Forget the hard-drive backups...who remembers them and if you experience a natural disaster like a flood or house fire, where's your backup now?

The safest way to backup and protect your computer and all your files is:

http://WWBapproved.com/BackupSpecial

It's how I protect all my valuable pictures, keepsakes and my business life!

It's Bonus Time!

I've had many of my students ask...

"Burt, how can I get this big red arrow?"

And Yeah...having this big red arrow is pretty neat, especially if you create videos like I do.  It's a really big help for your students when they are trying to follow along, but even if you don't create videos...

it's great to have because you don't have to play hide and seek with that little white arrow any more.

Organizing and Managing Folders for your Favorite Websites

In this Section...I'll help you Organize Your Favorite Websites!

If you have a computer and you probably do if you're reading this...LOL

...then you have some favorite websites you visit regularly.

Bookmarking them, saving them to your favorites, or what ever you want to call it is a great way to access them.

Unfortantely...most people end up trying to scroll through tons of sites, not realizing you can organize these websites into folders.

Getting Organized will make finding and using your favorite websites easy.

And eventually, you'll get a new laptop or computer and wouldn't it be nice to quickly move all your favorites, all of your bookmarks onto your new computer?

In this Section, you'll learn about:

The three (3) most popular internet browsers and which one I recommend you use.

How to create virtual filing cabinets to orgainize all of favorite websites.

How to Export and Import your Bookmarks to other internet browsers or to your new computer.

And...you'll also be able to download a "Done For You" Virtual Filing cabinet system.

I'll explain how I use these...to make my life better and more profitable.

Download the bookmark file in this lesson and we'll install them together.

But before we do...

Since we are done with these files on our desktop, let's put them away so our desktop stays nice and neat.
