Por ello, Academia BID, la plataforma de aprendizaje del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) ha desarrollado la metodología PM4R Agile. Con esta metodología híbrida el equipo avanzará de manera más eficiente en los proyectos, aumentará su transparencia, estará más motivado y hará entregas de valor más frecuentes con una mayor participación de las partes interesadas.

En este curso, aprenderás cuáles son los cinco pasos de la metodología PM4R Agile, sus características y los resultados y herramientas de cada paso, así como los roles que tendrá cada integrante del equipo en el momento de la ejecución del proyecto.

Durante las próximas semanas, te acompañaremos con diferentes actividades de aprendizaje, para que te involucres de primera mano en la planificación de un proyecto real usando la metodología PM4R Agile. De esta manera, a través de simulaciones, identificarás y aplicarás los 5 pasos de la metodología en un proyecto ficticio y serás capaz de decidir cuándo es pertinente aplicarla.
