Los objetivos del curso son los siguientes:

• Identificar las oportunidades existentes en el mercado a partir de un ejercicio de análisis situacional que permita distinguir los ejes estratégicos en la redefinición de una estrategia de negocio innovadora y ágil.

• Generar un nuevo modelo y plan de negocios (plan de aplicación), que permita un proceso de crecimiento ordenado y sustentable del negocio, a partir de un análisis y aplicación de herramientas prácticas.

• Identificar una gestión estratégica que permita coordinar a los proveedores y distinguir los criterios para identificarlos, gestionarlos y evaluarlos según las necesidades del proyecto, además de conocer las diferentes prácticas empleadas en los criterios de orquestación para asegurar los objetivos establecidos por el negocio.

• Calcular las unidades económicas de un modelo de negocios para cuantificar la necesidad de inversión requerida que le permita poder determinar el valor del proyecto emprendedor para los fines de inversión.

• Distinguir los puntos relevantes que le permitan al emprendedor desarrollar un picht sólido identificando los aspectos que se evalúan sobre una empresa, además de ofrecer un panorama general sobre el proceso de financiamiento con inversionistas.

Tema 1. Estrategias para cumplimiento de metas
Todo proceso de transformación o crecimiento ya sea personal, familiar, laboral o comunitario, atraviesa por cuatro pasos: consciencia, elección, acción y evolución. Este este primer tema de, estaremos revisando algunas herramientas para generar un enfoque estratégico ágil de desarrollo de negocios centrado en dos componentes básicos: el análisis situacional, para detectar las oportunidades que el mercado y sus consumidores me ofrecen y el enfoque estratégico, para desarrollar estrategias de innovación y comerciales para capitalizar de manera oportuna esas oportunidades definidas en el primer punto.

Tema 2. Estrategias de expansión
En este segundo tema nos centraremos en conocer algunas de las estrategias que las MiPyMEs pueden implementar para hacer crecer sus negocios. Es importante que el emprendedor recolecte y utilice la información adecuada respecto a su producto, su proceso productivo o de prestación de servicios, la mezcla de mercadotecnia y el recurso humano con los que cuenta o requiere, para tomar decisiones correctas que le permitan aumentar sus ganancias.
Tema 3. Estrategia de proveedores
En este tercer tema, repasaremos los conceptos de orquestación, selección, evaluación y gestión de proveedores, con el fin de encontrar un proveedor eficiente y experimentado, pues puede ser el factor crucial para definir el éxito o el fracaso de nuestro negocio.
Tema 4. Estrategias de financiamiento
En este cuarto tema, cubriremos el aspecto cuantitativo del valor que generan los proyectos emprendedores. En un primer tiempo, usaremos las herramientas de unidades económicas para lograr analizar el potencial de rentabilidad y escalabilidad del proyecto. Después, determinaremos el valor de la empresa para fines de inversión con la herramienta de los flujos descontados.
