Welcome to Chapter 3: Net Zero Strategies

Now that you have learned about climate change and corporate emissions, it is time to learn to develop strategies that will reduce corporate emissions while at the same time managing business performance. In many ways, defining and implementing these strategies is similar to other large-scale change projects at companies, and should be managed as such.

This chapter deals with the definition and implementation of emission reduction strategies, including how to define the roadmap, the role of the Sustainability Officer and the need to involve all stakeholders.
