La littérature managériale traite depuis longtemps la gestion des situations de crise en mode curatif ou encore au travers des HRO (Hight Reliability Organizations), les organisations de haute fiabilité qui intègrent la crise dans leur fonctionnement en mode préventif.

En mobilisant entre autres des travaux sur la construction de sens de Weick, ce MOOC définit la crise comme un effondrement du sens établi et le processus de gestion consiste à reconstruire le sens de manière avec une contrainte de temps. Ce processus est présenté comme une solution à la crise et en même temps une occasion de développer la résilience organisationnelle des groupes qui devient de plus en plus importante dans un environnement VUCA.

Ce Mooc est proposé par l’ESSEC en mobilisant ses ressources pédagogiques sur le sujet avec Marie-Léandre Gomez - Professeur, Marie Kerveillant - Directrice Académique Adjointe ESSEC MGO et David Autissier, directeur exécutif des chaires ESSEC Changement et IMEO (Innovation Managériale et Excellence Opérationnelle).

En compléments des apports académiques, ce MOOC met en avant des apports de professionnels du sujet avec Matthieu Langlois – médecin réanimateur et ancien du RAID et Gaspard Gantzer –spécialiste de la communication de crise et responsable du pôle communication à la présidence de la République de 2012 à 2017.

Agir en environnement incertain
Ce premier module est consacré à la notion d'incertitude. Marie Kerveillant, Ingénieure de recherche à l'ESSEC, vous expliquera à travers des exemples issus de la littérature académique mais également à travers le cas des organisations hautement fiables, comment créer des facteurs clefs de succès y compris dans un environnement incertain.

Organiser et décider en situation de crise
Dans ce module, Matthieu Langlois, CEO de Hotzone Rescue Consulting et ancien comme médecin du RAID, vous détaillera ce qu'il faut avoir préparé pour faire face au caractère imprévisible inhérent à une situation de crise et comment créer une structure simple et agile pour y faire face. Le rôle du décideur sera également pris en compte au regarde de ce contexte particulier.
Développer la résilience organisationnelle
Ce module a pour objectif de développer la résilience organisationnelle. Avec David Autissier, Directeur de la chaire ESSEC du Changement, vous verrez en quoi une crise est un effondrement de sens. Il convient de donc de recréer du sens au sein des structure en mettant en pratique la résilience organisationnelle.
Piloter la performance en zone de turbulence
Ce module est consacré spécifiquement au pilotage de la performance. Marie-Léandre Gomez, Professeure en Compta-Contrôle à l'ESSEC, vous exposera ce que l'on entend par pilotage de la performance ainsi que les caractéristiques du pilotage en période de crise. Enfin, nous évoquerons les modalités de pilotage en sortie de crise.
Communiquer en situation de crise
Ce dernier module est consacré à la communication en temps de crise. Avec Gaspard Gantzer, Président & Fondateur de Gantzer Agency, vous verrez donc pour quelles raisons il est important de communiquer en période de crise mais également quoi dire.
