An advanced and democratic society cannot do without an agile Public Administration capable of managing the public with efficiency and transparency, and in that sense it seems essential to have highly prepared personnel to face the challenges that this objective poses. The course develops current topics such as accountability or public reputation, seeking at the same time a refreshing approach to aspects such as the distinction between politics and technique or the design and evaluation of public policies. Units are also included that deal with issues, such as change management, that help course students be able to propose changes, improvements and even new services in the public organization in which they work.

The main objective of the course is that, after completion, the student is able to propose in a well-founded way, in the public organization in which he works or works in the future, changes, improvements and new services.
