The course develops current topics such as accountability or public reputation, seeking at the same time a refreshing approach to aspects such as the distinction between politics and technique or the design and evaluation of public policies. Units are also included that deal with issues, such as change management, that help course students be able to propose changes, improvements and even new services in the public organization in which they work.
