An advanced and democratic society cannot do without an agile Public Administration capable of managing the public with efficiency and transparency, and in that sense it seems essential to have highly prepared personnel to face the challenges that this objective poses. The course develops current topics such as accountability or public reputation, seeking at the same time a refreshing approach to aspects such as the distinction between politics and technique or the design and evaluation of public policies.
