Допуск работника к исполнению им трудовых обязанностей без прохождения в установленном порядке обучения и проверки знаний требований охраны труда, влечет наложение административного штрафа (п. 3 ст. 5.27.1 КоАП РФ). Кроме того, все работники, в том числе и руководители организаций, проходят очередную проверку знаний по охране труда не реже одного раза в три года. Это контролируется федеральной инспекцией труда. По результатам обучения слушатель будет: Уметь: 1. Идентифицировать негативные воздействия среды обитания естественного, техногенного и антропогенного происхождения 2. Принимать эффективные управленческие, административные, организационные и технические решения по защите персонала в условиях угроз на производстве, обусловленных авариями, катастрофами, стихийными бедствиями, применением современных средств поражения, террористическими актами. 3. Действовать по сигналам оповещения. 4. Применять коллективные и индивидуальные средства защиты. 5. Пользоваться приборами радиационной и химической разведки и дозиметрического контроля. 6. Организовывать работы по ликвидации последствий аварий и катастроф на производстве. 7. Оказывать первую помощь. Знать: 1. Основы права в области охраны труда. 2. Рациональные условия производственной деятельности и системы безопасности предприятия. 3. Принципы, методы и приемы защиты от опасных факторов на производстве. 4. Правовые, нормативно-технические и организационные основы обеспечения безопасности производственной деятельности. 5. Современные террористические угрозы, поражающие факторы ядерного, радиационного, биологического, химического и взрывного терроризма и защиту от них. 6. Назначение индивидуальных и коллективных средств защиты. 7. Приборы пожарной сигнализации и правила их использования; средства пожаротушения. 8. Правила оказания первой помощи. Владеть: 1. основами правовых знаний в области охраны труда и социальной защиты, при получении травм, ранений в ходе трудовой деятельности; 2. методами применения стратегий безопасности жизнедеятельности и системного подхода в области охраны труда; 3. методами организации работ по ликвидации последствий аварий и катастроф; основными приемами оказания первой доврачебной помощи. 4. Навыками оказания первой помощи. Дисциплина участвует в формировании у обучающихся по образовательным программам бакалавриата/специалитета приема 2019 года в соответствии СУОС СПбГУ универсальной компетенции УКБ-9 (уровень бакалавриат)/УКС-9 (уровень специалитет), или у обучающихся по образовательным программам бакалавриата/специалитета приема до 2019 года в соответствии с СУОС СПбГУ универсальной компетенции ОКБ-10 (уровень бакалавриата)/ОКС-10 (уровень специалитет)
