Dans un contexte de besoins sociaux et environnementaux croissants en quantité et en complexité sur les territoires et de raréfaction des subventions publiques, comment hybrider toujours davantage votre modèle économique pour rendre votre action pérenne et donc maximiser votre impact social dans le temps ?

C’est la question à laquelle ce MOOC cherche à répondre, avec le témoignage de plus de 20 dirigeants de structures associatives oeuvrant au service de l’intérêt général, l’apport académique de l’ESSEC et les nombreux travaux du Rameau, avec lequel nous avons créé ce MOOC.

De quoi parle-t-on quand on parle de modèle économique associatif ? Et enfin, quels sont les facteurs qui poussent de plus en plus les associations à transformer leur modèle économique ?

Module 2 : les leviers d'hybridation
Quels sont les 3 piliers de ce modèle ? Qu’y retrouve-t-on ? Quelle a été l’évolution ces dernières années ? Et, enfin, quels sont les différents enjeux liés aux choix faits en matière de ressources humaines, de sources de financement, ou encore à la construction d’alliances avec d’autres structures (associatives ou non) ?
Module 3 : La méthodologie à adopter
Quels grands modèles peut-on dégager pour poser un premier cadre à la réflexion ? De quels outils dispose-t-on pour analyser son modèle économique ? Comment identifier les leviers d’évolution pertinents au sein du modèle économique pour assurer la pérennité du projet associatif ? Et enfin, comment procéder en pratique ? Voici les questions auxquelles nous répondrons dans ce troisième épisode.
Module 4 : Se faire accompagner
Tout d’abord, pourquoi se faire accompagner ? Ensuite, quels sont les dispositifs d’accompagnement existants sur l’ensemble du territoire pour répondre aux besoins d’accompagnement et quel rôle les têtes de réseaux associatives peuvent-elles jouer ? Et enfin, quels sont les enjeux et les points de vigilance à retenir lorsqu’on souhaite se faire accompagner ? Voici les questions auxquelles nous répondrons dans ce quatrième épisode.
