La evolución de los distintos tipos de tratamiento a lo largo del tiempo revela diferencias muy notables entre el pasado y el presente y, sobre todo, permite mirar a un futuro en el que nuevas formas de abordaje diagnóstico y terapéutico consigan aumentar la supervivencia, y puedan ofrecer tratamientos curativos. tratamientos para aquellas enfermedades que ahora no lo tienen; Por ello, hay que tener en cuenta que entre estos enfoques se encuentra la fisioterapia como tratamiento para mejorar y/o mantener la calidad de vida de estos niños vulnerables.
