Este curso é composto por quatro módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

Conceito de Fundos de Investimentos
Um Fundo de Investimento é um instrumento através do qual um ou mais investidores, em regime de condomínio, contratam um gestor profissional para aplicar seus recursos, dentro das regras estabelecidas em seu regulamento.

Classificação dos Fundos de Investimentos
Existem várias maneiras de classificar os Fundos de Investimento, como: (i) pela legislação que rege cada tipo de Fundo; (ii) pelo regime de subscrição das cotas; (iii) pelo regime de tributação; (iv) pelas restrições aos resgates: com e sem carência; (v) pelas restrições às aplicações; e (vi) pela composição do patrimônio.
Carteiras dos Fundos de Investimentos
A CVM, com o objetivo de proteger o investidor, estabelece certos limites de composição e diversificação para a carteira. Algumas dessas regras são gerais, outras dependerão do tipo de FI a que se refere.
Regime de Tributação e Clube de Investimento
Na Carteira Administrada há a contratação de um gestor profissional. No entanto, as regras são estabelecidas por meio de um contrato particular entre o titular dos recursos da carteira e o gestor. E um Clube de Investimento é um condomínio de pessoas físicas para aplicação de recursos em títulos e valores mobiliários.
