Ce cours élémentaire s’adresse à quiconque s’intéresse aux principes fondamentaux qui régissent l’établissement des comptes internationaux, notamment la compilation des statistiques de la dette extérieure (EDS) et/ou de la position extérieure globale (PEG).

Le cours présentera les concepts, les définitions et les classements de base ainsi que les principales règles comptables (dont l’évaluation et la date d’enregistrement) qui sont nécessaires à l’établissement de ces statistiques. Enfin, les participants se familiariseront avec les principes fondamentaux qui régissent le cadre d’analyse de viabilité de la dette.
