Syllabus

Learn Basics and Advanced options of Xactimate

In this first Lecture, I introduce the Xactimate software and shhow the basics of the Xactimate and the concept of Sketching and Drawing 2D and 3D models and floor plans.

In the second Lecture, we design a typical concrete foundation for a wood-frame house and calculate the total cost of the foundation using Xactimate

In the third lecture, we learn how to calculate the total cost of the wood-frame structure for a two storey house.

In the fourth lecture, I show how to estimate the total cost for Plumbing, Electricity and the HVAC system for the same two-storey house.

In the fifth video I teach the cost estimation process in Xactimate for the interior finishes of the same house.

In the last lecture, I explain how to estimate the total cost for the exterior component of the same house. Building envelope components such as Windows, Doors and Exterior Siding.
