In this course, you will learn the importance of BUCs in Satellite Communication networks. Our Customer Support Manager, Engineer Rodrigo Aguillar will guide you through the course starting with the basics of what is a BUCs, the different types and specifications that you have to look for before selecting and recommending BUCs to your team or clients, finishing by showing you how to install and troubleshoot the most common issues you might face when dealing with this essential piece of equipment.

About the instructor: 

Rodrigo has been working in the satellite communications industry for more than 15 years and has had the opportunity to participate in multiple projects, from design to deployment and installation of satellite terminals, antennas and networks in various fields such as broadcast, military and emergency services. He is responsible for Norsat’s Customer Support team, providing technical support, training and on-site implementation and will be your instructor throughout this course.

Basic knowledge of Satellite Communications is helpful but not required.Certification of completion will be provided at the end of the course by Norsat International Inc.There will be more upcoming series of Satellite Communication courses we'll be publishing, so keep your eyes peeled.
