How to undrape the client's back from a side lying position

Now I will show you how to massage the back from a side lying position that feels amazing for your client and also for you to give

Now lets look at some neck and head massage techniques

Now we will work the hips and buttocks

Now we will massage the arm and hand from the side lying position

Now I will show you how to undrape the ceiling side leg correctly

Now that we have them undraped its time to do the massage techniques

Remember, this MUST be done very lightly on the medial aspect of the legs

How to shift the pillows when turning the client from side to side

Now we will do that side to side transition but with our client this time

Now that you know the massage techniques, here you have the sequence to practice to on their other side

What are the important factors if you want to massage someone in a supine lying position? Lets go through them as its important

How to set up the pillows if you want to massage someone in the semi reclined position

Let's take a closer look at whether you need to do the semi reclining position at all. Is it worth it or can we do it all from the side lying position.

Here is an acupressure point that is great for nausea and morning sickness that you can teach your clients

I talked about massaging the ears to stimulate the vagus nerve to get the body into a parasympathetic state. here we look at another method that you can do for yourself and your clients

In this section, I am going to teach you the importance for both you and your clients of the ventral vagus state and how to access it by realigning your atlas and axis.

The fight flight response is great for when we are in danger but living chronically in a sympathetic state like so many people do, has wide ranging emotional and physical problems for us.
