You'll review methodologies and approaches to performing financial projections and learn how to prepare financial projections of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.

In this course, you'll analyze and assess capital structures, debt capacity, and debt amortization. Learn how to make recommendations about possible financing structures based on financial condition, performance, and projections. This course will also cover how to sensitize projects for several scenarios.

In the second part of this course, you'll learn about structuring and touch on documentation. You'll review, analyze, and understand capital structure and financing needs for the company (borrower). You'll learn how to make risk decisions about existing and new credit exposure and recommend new-debt financing based on financial projections and borrower's objectives and needs. You'll also learn how to structure new debt facilities or funding arrangements based on assessment of risks, projections, and outlook. Lastly, the course will finish with a quick look at the principles of loan-portfolio management.
