Project Overview
We will begin this guided project by selecting a trim size, downloading a book template & formatting the book according to the requirements of Amazon KDP. We will explore all the fundamentals of formatting including automatic table of contents, fonts, page breaks and much more. We will then download the final draft in the “recommended” format. Then, we will set up our KDP account & discuss Tax and Payment methods for the US and non-US residents. We will then create a book cover in the Cover Creator tool & publish the book on Amazon KDP. We will also explore Trademarks & Keyword research tools. By the end of this project, you will be confident in self-publishing any book through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing.
