Данный курс создан в партнерстве с Санкт-Петербургским государственным электротехническим университетом «ЛЭТИ». Курс позволяет получить  начальные знания в области патентного права, инновационного менеджмента, базовых инструментов маркетинга результатов интеллектуальной деятельности. В курсе также рассмотрены некоторые вопросы оценки степени готовности технологий с помощью современных методик LIFT и TAME, оценки коммерческого потенциала результатов интеллектуальной деятельности на основе методик бизнес-планирования и Due Diligence, а также типовые стратегии и лучшие практики коммерциализации РИД. Основной целью данного курса является формирование компетенций в области нормативно-правового регулирования отношений, возникающих в результате коммерциализации результатов интеллектуальной деятельности при реализации инновационных проектов. В курсе изложены базовые понятия, рассмотрены основные подходы к оценке и применению на практике показателей экономической эффективности инновационного проекта.  Вопросы оценки эффективности рассмотрены как с позиции потенциального инвестора (исполнителя) проекта, так и с позиции потребителя (покупателя) результатов инновационной деятельности. Изучаются основы построения и применения методик расчета себестоимости проекта, важнейшие методы определения цены выводимого на рынок продукта. Рассмотрен графоаналитический подход к оценке конкурентоспособности инновационного продукта на соответствующем рынке. Предложенный в курсе дисциплины инструментарий позволяет разработчику инновационных продуктов самостоятельно решать ключевые вопросы, возникающие в процессе вывода на рынок результатов его интеллектуальной деятельности.
