Introducción a las operaciones y los procesos de negocios

Esta semana estará dedicada a conocer conceptos de alto nivel sobre las operaciones y los procesos de una empresa. Podrás comprender cómo, basándose en sus operaciones, las empresas definen su posicionamiento y sus ventajas competitivas en el mercado. También accederás a nociones sobre los procesos de negocio, la gestión de su calidad y los emprendimientos de mejora continua o reingeniería radical de procesos.

Gestión de áreas de IT. Sistemas de información (ERP)

Esta semana estará dedicada a las inversiones en sistemas de información y tecnologías que impactan en la gestión de las áreas de IT. Comenzarás por una reflexión sobre el aumento creciente de la inversión tecnológica así como su correlato en la creciente demanda interna de los servicios provistos por las áreas de IT dentro de una organización. Finalmente, accederás a una definición más profunda sobre los sistemas de información y sus diferentes variantes, entre los que se privilegiará el desarrollo de los sistemas de tipo ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).

Sistemas de información (CRM, BI). RR. HH. de IT e infraestructura

Esta semana estará abocada inicialmente a dos sistemas o aplicaciones de software que, junto con el ERP, son los más utilizados actualmente por las organizaciones. Podrás comprender la importancia de su implementación y los beneficios que aportan para el logro de los objetivos del negocio. Adicionalmente, accederás a conocer los distintos roles que normalmente se encuentran en las áreas de IT y las particularidades de estos perfiles tanto en lo relativo a su formación como a la dinámica del mercado de recursos humanos vinculado a la tecnología. Finalmente, recibirás información de alto nivel sobre la infraestructura tecnológica que soporta los diversos sistemas utilizados por una organización y cómo, en muchas ocasiones, dicha infraestructura no reside dentro de la empresa sino que está a cargo de terceros. En ambos casos, interna o tercerizada, es necesaria una infraestructura diseñada de modo tal que permita que las operaciones nunca se detengan.
