Principios básicos de una entrevista

¡Te damos la bienvenida! Este curso te ayudará a elevar tus resultados de búsqueda de trabajo, tanto si eres alguien principiante, como si eres una persona activa en la búsqueda de trabajo en busca de nuevos trucos y técnicas. Las primeras semanas están enfocadas exclusivamente en el arte de la entrevista de trabajo. ¡Queremos que estés listo/a para tu próxima entrevista! No querrás perderte ninguna oportunidad. La entrevista es donde los candidatos cometen los errores más graves de autosabotaje. Cuando ya estés en la capacidad de hacer una entrevista, seguiremos con las estrategias para que encuentres trabajos potenciales más emocionantes y consigas más invitaciones a entrevistas. En la Semana 1, veremos los principios básicos sobre cómo hacer una buena entrevista. Aprenderás las mejores prácticas para venderte a ti mismo/a y presentar tus fortalezas de forma auténtica, así como los diferentes tipos de entrevista que puedes esperar, y los tipos de gerentes de contratación con los que puedes toparte. Incluso encontrarás sugerencias prácticas sobre qué vestir para ese gran día, técnicas de lenguaje corporal y cómo analizar la descripción del trabajo mientras te preparas. Te presentaremos el Generador de Respuestas de Big Interview y herramientas de Práctica para Entrevistas, los cuales verás en la semana siguiente cuando nos adentremos en el tema de las preguntas más comunes que hacen durante las entrevistas, y por supuesto, cómo responderlas exitosamente. Verás las instrucciones sobre cómo acceder y usar estas herramientas y cuando estés listo/a, regresar fácilmente a Coursera.
