All interviews are different in their own way. An English Job Interview follows a specific procedure and in this lesson you are going to learn what that is. You will understand all the different sections of the interview and what is expected of you in each section.

The STAR formula is a strategic technique used to answer interview questions correctly. In this lesson you will learn what it is, why it is important and how to use it.

S- Situation is the first part of the STAR formula. In this lesson you will understand how to choose the right situation and example to use in your answers and how to structure your sentences correctly.

T-Task is the second part of the Star formula. In this lesson you will learn how to identify key tasks of a particular situation and how to put this information into a structured sentence.

A-Action is the third part of the STAR formula. In this lesson you will understand how to talk about actions that you took in a given situation.

R-Result is the last part of the STAR formula. In this lesson you will learn how to talk about results or accomplishments you achieved in a particular situation.
