El propósito del curso es ofrecer los suficientes conocimientos, desde el punto de vista del Lean Project Management, para que puedas mejorar la gestión de tus proyectos actuales o empezar a dar tus primeros pasos como director o directora de proyectos.
El curso consta de tres módulos cortos y prácticos: el primero da inicio al proyecto, el segundo lo planifica y el tercero y último lo ejecuta, controla y finaliza.
Asimismo, cada módulo se estructura en tres unidades. En cada uno de los módulos, dispondrás de vídeos, artículos, ejercicios, foros y una prueba de evaluación, como recursos del curso.
Tras finalizar este curso, sabrás definir y presentar proyectos, planificar cada etapa del proceso, formular objetivos alcanzables, supervisar equipos y ser resolutivo.
