WHAT YOU' The course effectively deals with one of the biggest problems with the 'IT' world: Speaking in another language that non-tech outsiders don't understand. This course helps get your feet wet into Computer Networks.

As the course title says this is a really good introduction to computer networks for non-techies and a really good course to brush up the basics for techies as well.

I highly recommend it if you know little to nothing about computer networks and how the operate.

The course should be named "Introduction to Computer Networks for Beginners" and not for "Non-Techies."

Excellent Course as the first step towards learning the Computer Networks.

Easy to understand and consume while learning the basics of computer networks.

Nothing like it very well Before I was always think computer networks lead in a company of IT&PC.

high level

The course is a high level overview of everything related to networks.

Excellent stuff from the tutor Great high level introduction that gives a foundation for future courses.

Good High level basics.

Was a very good high level overview on networks which goes at just the right pace.

This is an excellent course for those wanting a high level view into the logical, physical, and business concerns involved in putting together a network.

In virtually every lecture, some time is spent talking about how "this may be confusing, but don't worry about it" or "this is just high level", etc.

Learnt a ton of new stuff in this course, just what I needed for a high level understanding of how our business IT network is set up.

Author breaks down high level concepts into smaller blocks that are easy to understand.

Very high level view of a network.

It's not a starter course to get into networking its just a high level explanation of terms.

talking about

i like how you are talking about everything even though you said it's a basic course but yet you are giving a lot of great information, until now i got the answers for most of my questions about networking elements and cabling and so excited to get into the layers and the most important thing that helped me even more to understand the subject is that we work on designs too at the end of each section.

I little too much talking about what we’re going to talk about....

i can understand what your talking about networking then when i heard other instructors talk it.some times they would break it down but not enough Lot's of information, gradually presented in a clear and accessible way!

This course doesn't dive deep, but gives a very helpful and enlightening overview of all things computer networking, so that I feel more confident and recognize more of what my co-workers are talking about.
