La psicología criminal es una de las herramientas científicamente más confiables para comprender las motivaciones psicológicas, clínicas y criminógenas de las y los autoras/es de los delitos.

Por ello, con este curso aprenderás sobre las teorías psicológicas que explican la conducta criminal, cómo se relaciona el método científico con la investigación criminal, cuáles son los factores criminógenos más comunes asociados a la conducta delictiva, qué criterios clínicos existen para su diagnóstico, así como cuáles son las herramientas psicológicas y psicométricas más recomendables para su evaluación.

Revisión de las doctrinas, corrientes psicológicas y escuelas que abordan la conducta criminal, para comprender el contexto de la persona que realiza el delito.
Módulo 3. Factores criminógenos, trastorno antisocial de la personalidad y trastorno de la conducta.
Análisis de los principales factores criminógenos que condicionan la conducta criminal, así como de los trastornos de personalidad vinculados con la conducta delictiva en adultos y en menores infractores, con la finalidad de identificar los criterios clínicos internacionales y doctrinales que describen la conducta criminal.
Módulo 4. Entrevista y evaluación psicológica de autores de delitos.
Descripción de las técnicas más empleadas para recolección de información, tipos de entrevista y evaluación psicológica de la personalidad criminal, para establecer un pronunciamiento sobre el estudio realizado al autor del delito.
