Этот курс предназначен для подготовки слушателей к работе с современными источниками информации, способам извлечения информации и формирования знаний. Умение полноценно извлекать информацию и знания из различных источников – ключевой фактор в профессиональной квалификации специалиста и его важное конкурентное преимущество. В современном информационном обществе приоритет принадлежит использованию технологий и моделей эффективной передачи знаний в языковой форме; извлечения и целенаправленного структурирования информации. Представление о том, как происходит извлечение и использование информации в обществе, в том числе с опорой на технические ресурсы, лежит в основе менеджмента знаний и управленческих решений. Основным средством оформления и передачи информации является естественный язык. Поэтому навыки извлечения и структурирования информации опираются на применяемые методы работы с текстом. Слушатели узнают базовые подходы к процедуре взаимодействия специалиста с источником знаний, в том числе на основе автоматизированных программ, получат представления об искусственном интеллекте как теоретической базе процесса, а также о потенциале и ограничениях автоматизации извлечения знаний, инженерии знаний как системе методов из извлечения и формализации, получат специальные знания и практические навыки работы с текстом, обеспечивающие корректное извлечение информации и возможность формализации знаний.
