Alongside the widely recognised physical symptoms of Parkinson's, there are also significant issues to be addressed around Mental Health and the aim of this program is to address both the Physical and Mental wellbeing aspects of the diagnosis.
Because it's important that the practice is safe and accessible, each section has a mixture of standing and seated practices. It's important when practicing to do so in a way that is both slightly challenging and safe, so if you have issues with balance, only use the standing practice when you have suitable supervision and/or precautions in place.
