AWS Global Accelerator is a service that improves the performance of your applications for global users by directing traffic to the optimal endpoint based on latency, network conditions, and the health of your endpoints. Global Accelerator works by creating a global network of edge locations, which are connected to your endpoints via a private network. When a user accesses your application, their traffic is routed to the nearest edge location, which then forwards the traffic to the optimal endpoint. This process helps to reduce latency and improve the overall performance of your application.
