Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management approach that seeks to improve the quality of products and services through the involvement of all employees in the organization. This methodology was popularized by W. Edwards Deming, Joseph M. Juran, Armand V. Feigenbaum, and Philip B. Crosby during the 1950s–1980s. TQM focuses on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction and has been widely adopted by businesses around the world.

What is Total Quality Management (TQM)?

TQM is a comprehensive approach to managing an organization that emphasizes the importance of quality in all aspects of its operations. It seeks to improve the quality of products and services, as well as the processes that create them. TQM is based on the idea that everyone in the organization has a role to play in achieving quality, and it requires the involvement of all employees, from top to bottom.
