Examples and stories help with understanding clear sound but power point not coming up all the time too long lectures and no exercise there was no quiz through out the lectures It is surely a useful course which gives knowledge about quality management and its tools, principles etc.
The reason is simple: you won't find a better course on quality management systems and quality control.

I would recommend the course for both undergraduate and graduate study and as a general industry reference guide Comprehensive and practical, lots of tools and best practices The acent is horrible, I really suffer listenning to the lectures.
flow chart
But no course notes, not materials, high level discussion that was not in the slides so its basically lost unless you re-watch all videos to find that one nugget of info you know you heard once, somewhere in one of these videos... simply placing the flow chart as a slide is actually not good idea.... it causes confusion... reader can either listen or solving the flow chart at first sight.... an animated chart would have been placed...thanks I work Quality and found it difficult to see where I could utilize the teachings in this course.
