Block Storage
Block Storage is a type of cloud storage that provides raw block-level storage volumes. These volumes are typically used to store data that is accessed by virtual machines (VMs), but can also be used for other purposes, such as storing backups or snapshots. Block Storage volumes are created and managed using the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) console, CLI, or SDK. They can be attached to VMs in the same availability domain as the volume, and can be resized or cloned as needed.
