Political systems are the structures and processes by which a country is governed. They include the institutions and organizations that make and enforce laws, the distribution of power, and the relationship between the government and the people. Political systems can be classified in a number of ways, such as by their level of democracy, their form of government, and their economic system.
Types of Government
There are many different types of government, but the most common are:

Monarchy: A monarchy is a government in which one person, the monarch, has all the power. The monarch can be a king, queen, or emperor.
