Psychology of Behaviour and Behaviour Change
Behaviour is a complex response to different internal and external factors. Understanding the fundamentals of psychology will help you better understand and change the behaviour of various types of audiences.
There are three main components of behaviour:
- Cognitive: The mental process of thinking, learning, and understanding.
- Affective: The emotional component of behaviour, which includes feelings, moods, and attitudes.
- Behavioural: The physical actions of a person, which can be observed and measured.
