April 29, 2024 3 minute read

Transformation Managers are responsible for leading and managing organizational change initiatives. They work with stakeholders to identify and assess change needs, develop and implement change plans, and monitor and evaluate the progress of change efforts. Transformation Managers typically have a strong understanding of business processes, organizational development, and change management methodologies. Many learners and students are interested in transitioning into this career as part of a personal or professional pivot, or to further develop their skills in an existing career. Many see the advantages of supplementing this transition with the flexibility and convenience of online courses. These courses, with their lecture videos, projects, assignments, quizzes, exams, discussions, and interactive labs, can provide students with the knowledge base and skillsets needed to bridge the gap between their current skillset and the competencies expected of a Transformation Manager.
