The Real Estate Finance Associate is the liaison between real estate investors looking to take on new projects, and traditional and alternative lenders who have funds available for such projects. They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of financing activities for commercial and residential real estate projects.

What does a Real Estate Finance Associate do?

Real estate finance is a broad field, with generalists and specialists within the field. For someone in the earlier stages of their career, they will likely be responsible for more general tasks and as they gain experience and build their skillset, they will begin to specialize in a particular area of real estate finance.
