Skills and Qualifications

Ethical Sourcing Managers typically have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ethical sourcing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
