Salesforce Business Analysts are responsible for understanding the business needs of an organization and translating those needs into technical requirements for Salesforce. They work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and train users on the new system. Salesforce Business Analysts need to have a strong understanding of both business and technology, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
