Adult Learning Specialist
As an Adult Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs for adults. This may include working with learners and students of online courses who are looking to pivot towards Adult Learning Specialist, prepare for part-time or full-time studies to enter into Adult Learning Specialist, or to develop their skills in an existing career in Adult Learning Specialist or a field adjacent to Adult Learning Specialist.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Adult Learning Specialists perform the following tasks:

- Develop and implement learning programs that meet the needs of adult learners
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
- Provide support to adult learners throughout the learning process
