Prepare Data for Exploration

This course introduces data analytics skills. You'll learn how to use spreadsheets and SQL to extract and use data for your objectives, and how to organize and protect your data.

Process Data from Dirty to Clean

This course teaches data cleaning using spreadsheets and SQL. You'll learn to check data integrity, apply cleaning techniques, develop basic SQL queries, use SQL functions, verify results, and write effective data cleaning reports.

Analyze Data to Answer Questions

This course explores data analysis. You'll organize and format data using spreadsheets and SQL, perform calculations with formulas and functions, and use SQL queries.

Share Data Through the Art of Visualization

This course in the Google Data Analytics Certificate teaches how to visualize and present data findings. It shows how data visualizations, such as visual dashboards, can help bring data to life. Data Analysis with R Programming

This course introduces the R programming language, used for data analysis. You'll learn to use RStudio, the environment for working with R, and explore R packages like Tidyverse. You'll discover how R enables data cleaning, organization, analysis, visualization, and reporting. Current Google data analysts will guide you through hands-on tasks using the best tools and resources.

Google Data Analytics Capstone: Complete a Case Study

This course is the eighth and final course in the Google Data Analytics Certificate. You’ll have the opportunity to complete a case study to prepare for your data analytics job hunt. Case studies are commonly used by employers to assess analytical skills. For your case study, you’ll choose an analytics-based scenario. You’ll then ask questions, prepare, process, analyze, visualize, and act on the data from the scenario.
