About this Paths
Accessing applications via a Software-as-a-Service model is becoming more common & very attractive to businesses. Meanwhile, IT Operations teams are expected to secure, manage, and support these applications while having limited technical access to them or their underlying infrastructure.In this path, you will learn about the SaaS delivery model and the challenges it can pose for both the business and the IT department. You’ll learn the skills necessary to understand and manage SaaS contracts and troubleshooting & communication tips for liasing with your SaaS users and the application vendors. You’ll also learn how to proactively prepare for a SaaS crisis and how to guide your business through one when an outage strikes.
