La pedagogia è una disciplina scientifica che studia l'educazione e i processi di insegnamento e di apprendimento. In questo corso si ripercorrono i modelli della formazione tradizionali e attuali sino alle più avanzate teorie sperimentali.
Il corso promuove conoscenze teoriche di base legate a competenze metodologiche per la formazione all’insegnamento nelle prassi educative. Prepara alla professionalità dell'insegnamento e sviluppa competenze teoriche e metodologiche sull'argomento. Durante il percorso didattico verranno approfondite le ragioni storiche che, in ambito psicopedagogico, hanno costituito la matrice dalla quale si sono sviluppati i modelli della formazione tradizionali e attuali. Viene introdotto infine il concetto di educabilità, nel quadro di un approccio bioeducativo alla formazione nella pedagogia contemporanea. In particolare, è analizzata la relazione tra gli apprendimenti espliciti e impliciti. Un corso che stimola a conoscere gli elementi caratterizzanti il proprio sistema cognitivo e a saperne fare uso.
The course promotes basic theoretical knowledge related to methodological skills for teachers training in educational practices. It contributes to teacher training as it explores theories and methods of teaching and learning. The course will also explore the historical reasons underpinning the development of traditional and modern teaching and learning models. The concept of educability is also introduced within the framework of the bio-educational approach to learning in contemporary education. In particular, the relationship between implicit and explicit learning is analyzed. The course encourages participants to learn more about their own cognitive system and how to use it to their best advantage.
