L’approche agile et le design thinking abordent le développement de produits selon une approche différente, et efficace, qui propose des solutions intéressantes à des problèmes significatifs. Dans ce cours, vous apprendrez à déterminer ce qui est attractif pour un utilisateur dès le début du processus, afin d’anticiper la valeur, en incitant votre équipe à composer des formulations testables sur l'utilisateur et en créant une perspective commune.

L’approche agile résout différents problèmes

Cette semaine, nous identifierons pourquoi il est difficile de créer d'excellents produits et comment l’approche agile peut nous y aider. Nous commencerons par aborder le manifeste agile en étudiant ses origines et la manière dont il définit l’approche agile. Nous passerons ensuite à l’aspect pratique : les problèmes que l’approche agile permet de résoudre, comment concentrer votre temps et votre énergie, et comment savoir si votre pratique agile fonctionne.

Focaliser votre approche agile avec des personas, des scénarios basés sur un problème et des alternatives

Pour éviter de fabriquer quelque chose dont personne ne veut, l’idéal est de commencer en pensant à quelqu’un. Dans le monde du design, nous parlons de ce « quelqu'un » à travers un « persona ». Les personas et les scénarios basés sur un problème (ou « tâches à accomplir ») axent le développement de manière à obtenir un résultat bénéfique pour votre utilisateur au lieu de simplement générer des produits. Dans ce module, vous apprendrez à orienter votre travail en développant des personas, des scénarios basés sur un problème et des alternatives à l’aide des meilleures pratiques du design thinking.
