By the end of this project, you will create a Google Form for marketing research. Google Forms is a free and easy way to conduct marketing research because it is easy to share links, data is generated into an organized Google Sheet, and it is easy to respond to the survey on any type of device. The most notable ways Google Forms is used are customer surveys, suggestion box, and to grow a business email list. You will learn how to create a Google Form which will include features such as branding, email opt-ins, and questions based on the user’s previous answers. Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.
