La salud y el bienestar, tienen como componentes inseparables a la alimentación y el ejercicio, sin embargo, el ritmo de vida actual, dificulta que los empleados se ocupen de estas áreas de sus vidas ya que pasan ⅔ partes del día en sus empresas y puestos de trabajo.

Es por ello, que se ha hecho indispensable crear nuevas estrategias y programas que logren vincular una vida saludable con el trabajo, lo que se conoce como Fitness Corporativo.
