Bienvenidos al curso, ¡estamos muy contentos de tenerle aquí! Durante la primera semana, aprenderemos qué es un proyecto, qué no es y por qué es importante. Pormenores de la planificación de proyectos
Durante la segunda semana, ahondaremos en los detalles y nos centraremos en cómo desarrollar un plan de proyecto. Comprenderemos por qué es necesario planificar y qué es lo que un plan debe y no debe abarcar. Hablaremos sobre el proceso de definición de un proyecto y conoceremos herramientas que nos ayudarán a determinar qué se debe incluir en él. Estudiaremos la programación de tareas de un proyecto y la naturaleza de las dependencias entre las actividades implicadas. Aprenderemos a determinar la duración y la ruta crítica de un proyecto, y analizaremos la importancia de este proceso. Veremos cómo se debe programar un proyecto y, por último, repasaremos cómo hacer cambios en un plan para cumplir con los objetivos generales.
Es un mundo de riesgos... y sucedió lo inesperado
Durante la tercera semana, evaluaremos los riesgos y las incertidumbres que se presentan en los proyectos. Analizaremos los tipos de riesgos que entran en juego. Identificaremos y evaluaremos los riesgos de los proyectos, que serán nuestra prioridad a fin de centrar la atención en los que más impacto tengan. Observaremos los riesgos de programación en detalle y nos preguntaremos, "¿Qué posibilidad hay de terminar a tiempo? ¿Qué factores pueden generar demoras en mi proyecto?" Estudiaremos a las personas que ejecutan el proyecto y el impacto que tienen sus hábitos en el progreso. Hablaremos sobre métodos alternativos de ejecución de proyectos, como Agile, Scrum y Kanban.
