Students will learn that how to create qualitative or non-numeric inspection characteristic or quality inspection test. This basic data will use in Inspection Plan for material's inspection. Glossary document and Quiz about this lecture attached as resource document.

Students will learn that how to create numeric or quantitative inspection characteristic and set numerical values such as lower and upper specific limits, unit of measure and decimal places etc. Glossary document is attached as resource.

Students will learn that what are the codes and code group and how to create and maintain codes and codes group. This basic data will use in inspection plan and then results recording. Glossary document and Quiz show is attached about this lecture.

In this lecture students will learn that how to assign inspection plan with the new inspection lot of a material or if inspection lot status is in CRTD mode.

Students will learn that how to remove an old inspection plan from the inspection lot and reassign inspection plan after made necessary changes in inspection plan.

In this lecture students will learn that how to perform results recording during materials or goods inspection lot. On the basis of inspection results the system will pass or fail the material then we will decide to move quality inspection stock in unrestricted stock or blocked stock.

In this lecture students will learn that how to change or update quality inspection results for material's inspection lot or batch.

In this video lecture students will learn that how to perform usage decision or UD for material's inspection lot after completion of results recording. On the basis of inspection results they can take usage decision for example if inspection results of a material is pass then material stock will move the unrestricted stock for manufacturing a product or release to sell the product, If inspection results are unsatisfactory then stock will be moved in blocked stock. This is an important transaction of SAP QM Quality Inspection.

This is very important and special lecture for students because when usage decision and quality stock posting has been made, inspection results can not be changed, that's why this is the special video lecture that students will learn that how to change inspection results after usage decision and stock posting. A special setting required at MIC level for this change and students will learn this setting in this lecture.
