Institucionalidad e Importancia de la Libre Competencia
El presente módulo da a conocer la importancia de la libre competencia en relación a aspectos, tales como los beneficios para la sociedad, las multas y acciones penales aplicadas al incumplimiento de la libre competencia. Asimismo, aborda el impacto que una empresa puede tener en la imagen y reputación corporativa así como en los valores de la empresa y de la sociedad. Además, incluye el impacto personal sobre los individuos involucrados. Finalmente, se mencionan los organismos del estado encargados de velar por la libre competencia.
