Buenas Prácticas en Libre Competencia

La libre competencia es el derecho de todas las personas y empresas de participar con eficiencia y en igualdad de condiciones en las actividades económicas, logrando ofrecer productos y servicios con la mejor combinación de calidad, precio, variedad e innovación, maximizando el bienestar del consumidor y la sociedad en general.

Este curso busca identificar buenas prácticas en materia de libre competencia, reconociendo la normativa chilena y las conductas asociadas a la vulneración de ésta.

La Escuela de Administración de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile en conjunto con la Confederación de Producción y Comercio (CPC) pretende, a través del curso buenas prácticas en libre competencia, ser un aporte en la formación de trabajadores y personas interesadas de distintos ámbitos y sectores, en materias de libre competencia, independiente del rol que cumplan éstas en la institución.
